About BuyAndRentRobots.com

The global robot directory — built to connect the businesses that need robots with the companies that supply them, wherever they are in the world.

The global robot directory connecting buyers and robot companies

Why we built this

The robot market had a simple, frustrating problem: businesses could not find robot companies, and robot companies could not be found. A hotel that wanted a concierge robot, an agency planning a product launch, a warehouse manager weighing automation — all of them ended up doing the same thing, trawling trade-show floors, chasing word-of-mouth referrals and firing off cold emails, with no single place to compare who actually existed. On the other side, capable robot suppliers were invisible outside their immediate network. The market was fragmented across events, personal contacts and scattered outreach, and everyone wasted time. BuyAndRentRobots.com exists to close that gap — one place to search, compare and connect.

What we do

We are the global robot directory. We connect buyers with robot rental and sales companies across 26+ countries, spanning humanoid, delivery, service, security, cleaning, medical, entertainment, warehouse and industrial robots. Buyers browse company profiles and robot listings, compare capabilities and pricing, and send a free inquiry to the ones that fit. Companies get discovered by real, qualified demand instead of hoping the right customer stumbles across them. If you want the mechanics, our how it works page walks through the whole journey from search to booked robot.

Who is behind it

Richard Emmanuel

Founder, BuyAndRentRobots.com

Richard has spent 20+ years in experiential marketing and event technology, delivering 1,500+ brand activations through Digital Mirror and DMA Events — including live deployments of event and humanoid robots for major brands. That is where the idea came from: he kept hitting the same wall his customers did, struggling to source the right robot company quickly and reliably. BuyAndRentRobots.com is his answer to a problem he has lived first-hand, built on real deployment experience rather than theory.

How we make money

We are transparent about this because it shapes how the directory behaves. Robot companies pay to list and to upgrade their profiles for verified status and direct lead delivery. Buyers never pay — searching and inquiring are always free — and we do not take a cut of any deal you strike with a supplier. We are not a broker sitting between you and the company. Our only job is to make the right introduction, which means our incentive is to send suppliers genuine interest, not to inflate the number of quotes you receive.

Our standards

A directory is only as good as its trust. Every company carries two independent signals: a Verified Partner badge for confirmed, paid companies that receive leads directly, and a Claimed marker when an owner has taken control of their own profile. Unclaimed listings are real companies we have added but that have not claimed their page yet. Crucially, we only route inquiries to real, confirmed companies — verified partners get them directly, and everything else is reviewed and forwarded by our team rather than auto-blasted. That is the commitment: no fake listings receiving your details, and no spraying your inquiry across the whole directory.
