Agility Robotics Discloses Digit Pricing Ahead of SPAC Merger

Agility Robotics has disclosed pricing details for its Digit humanoid robot as the company prepares to go public through a merger with Churchill Capital Corp. XI, according to RobotToday, citing a report from RoboticsBusinessReview.com.

Per a recent S-4 filing referenced in the report, Agility offers its Digit v5 humanoid under two commercial arrangements. Customers can access the robot through a Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) subscription priced at roughly $8,500 per month, or they can purchase the unit outright for approximately $200,000.

The pricing disclosure comes alongside other financial details from the filing. Agility reported $1.8 million in net sales for 2025, against a $140 million operating loss and $111 million in operating expenditures. The company is currently deployed at nine customer sites, and its Digit robots have logged more than 65,000 hours of operating time.

Despite modest current revenue, Agility has secured over $300 million in multi-year orders for the Digit v5 model, the filing shows. The company's valuation as part of the SPAC transaction stands at $2.5 billion — a figure RobotToday notes is roughly 1,400 times its 2025 annual revenue.

The report frames this valuation as part of a wider pattern among U.S. humanoid robotics firms, which have drawn significant investment even without public listings or substantial current sales. Agility's dual RaaS and direct-purchase model offers a window into how the company intends to convert that investment and its existing order backlog into recurring or one-time revenue streams once its robots reach broader commercial deployment.
