AIxC Holdings, Inc. has pivoted away from its digital asset treasury strategy to focus fully on robot sharing and rental operations, with backing from majority shareholder Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. The move centers on RoboShare, AIxC's rental and sharing platform, which the companies describe as an "Uber + Turo" model built specifically for robotics.

RoboShare completed its first paid commercial order on August 15, 2026, marking its shift from development into active commercial operations. The platform has onboarded an initial fleet of more than 80 robots, drawn from both Faraday Future's user and customer base and AIxC's own users, forming what the companies call the initial supply pool available for rental deployment.

The goal, according to the announcement, is to convert robots from one-time hardware purchases into ongoing revenue-generating assets by giving them what the release terms a "second life cycle" through shared use rather than single ownership.

RoboShare's debut deployment is planned for an event in Malibu, California, involving six robots spanning three product lines: one FF Master humanoid robot, four Aegis Pro quadruped robots, and one Navi compact quadruped robot. The rental order also includes customized performance production and content design services tied to the deployment. The first paying customer is Los Angeles-based artist and content creator DU$TY, known as Dusty the Rapper, whose Instagram following exceeds 7.1 million. The companies noted potential for further recurring rental demand across music, comedy, and live-event content production.

RoboShare has also launched what it calls a "Ten-City Strategy" for expanding its rental network, starting in Los Angeles. Faraday Future said it will support the rental platform's growth through its "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" ecosystem, including its EAI Brain, EAI Device, and Developer Platform offerings, aiming to extend RoboShare's rental catalog across humanoid robots, mobile manipulators, and quadruped robots for use in education, industrial, security, and entertainment markets.
