How quickly will my Basic listing go live?
Instantly — as soon as you click the confirmation link in the email we send you. No waiting, no manual approval.
What happens after I apply for a paid plan?
You'll receive a confirmation email right away. Our team will then contact you within 24 hours to set up your listing profile, arrange your Stripe payment, and activate all your plan features. Stripe payments are coming soon — for now we handle it directly.
What does "matched leads" mean on paid plans?
When a buyer submits an inquiry, we match them to relevant companies using a 2-of-3 rule: robot type, service area, and use case must match at least 2 of 3. Only matching companies receive the lead — so you get relevant, high-intent inquiries, not spam.
Can I upgrade from Basic to a paid plan later?
Yes — log in to your partner portal at any time and click "Upgrade Plan". Our team will contact you within 24 hours to activate the upgrade.
Is my company already listed?
We may already have a free listing for your company. Search the directory — if you find it, signing up lets you claim and manage that listing. If you're not there yet, we'll create your profile as part of signup.
